Shipping policy

We ship worldwide.

UK
All orders are sent with Royal Mail and are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, either:
2nd Class — £1.55. Delivery aim: within 2 to 3 working days.
1st Class — £3.30. Delivery aim: next working day.

Rest of the world
International Standard — a flat £5.50, however much you order. Royal Mail delivery aim: 3 to 5 working days to Europe, 6 to 7 working days worldwide. International orders are sent untracked.

Delivery aims are Royal Mail estimates rather than guarantees. Once an order has been handed over, delivery is subject to their service.

Import duties and taxes
Orders outside the UK may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the customer’s responsibility. We’re unable to refund orders that are refused or returned to us because these charges weren’t paid.

Returns from outside the UK
Return postage on international orders is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch in the UK, or 21 working days internationally, email hello@suckersrun.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
