Shipping & returns
We ship worldwide.
All orders are sent with Royal Mail and are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days. In the UK, choose 2nd Class (£1.55, delivery aim 2-3 working days) or 1st Class (£3.30, delivery aim next working day) at checkout. Everywhere else is a flat £5.50, with a delivery aim of 3-5 working days to Europe and 6-7 working days worldwide.
Orders outside the UK may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility.
Unopened products can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is the customer's responsibility, including on orders sent outside the UK, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
