Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide.

All orders are sent with Royal Mail and are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

UK
2nd Class — £1.55. Delivery aim: within 2 to 3 working days.
1st Class — £3.30. Delivery aim: next working day.

Rest of the world
International Standard — a flat £5.50, however much you order. Delivery aim: 3 to 5 working days to Europe, 6 to 7 working days worldwide. International orders are sent untracked.

Orders outside the UK may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are the customer’s responsibility.

We want you to be happy with your Suckers – so if something isn’t right, we’ll happily sort it.

You can return any unopened, unused item within 21 days of delivery for a full refund. As our stickers are a hygiene product, we’re unable to accept returns on opened packs.

If there’s a fault with your order, get in touch and we’ll make it right.

To start a return, email hello@suckersrun.com with your order number and we’ll take it from there. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, including on orders sent outside the UK, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please email hello@suckersrun.com within 14 days. Include your order number and, if relevant, a photo of the damage. We’ll get a replacement out to you as quickly as possible.
