Orders

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Your order isn't accepted until it has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where pricing errors or stock issues occur.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP (£). Prices include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Shipping

Delivery times shown are estimates only. Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's service. We'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

We work hard to ensure all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, photography, graphics, copy and branding, is owned by Suckers and may not be reproduced without permission.
